    Inviting Team Members

    Klarvo is designed for collaboration. This guide explains how to invite colleagues and assign appropriate access levels.

    How to Invite Members

  1. Go to SettingsTeam (or click the Share button)
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter their email address
  4. Select a role (see below)
  5. Click Send Invitation
  6. The invitee will receive an email with a link to join your organization.

    Available Roles

    Assigning Ownership

    After inviting team members, you can assign them as:

  7. Primary Owner: Main responsible person for an AI system
  8. Backup Owner: Secondary contact when primary is unavailable
  9. Oversight Owner: Human oversight authority
  10. Task Assignee: Person responsible for specific compliance tasks
  11. Pending Invitations

    Track outstanding invitations in Settings → Team → Pending. You can:

  12. Resend invitation emails
  13. Revoke invitations not yet accepted
  14. Modify role before acceptance
  15. Best Practices

    👥 Least privilege principle: Give users only the access they need
    📧 Use work emails: Avoid personal email addresses
    🔄 Regular review: Audit team access quarterly
    🚪 Offboarding: Remove access promptly when people leave
